Berthieu concept was born in Pigue, a small town in the pampas of Argentina. In a city of just twenty thousand inhabitants, Marcelo Berthieu, our master craftsman, has his workshop away from urban noise. His taste for knives begins at a very young age. In 1994 he decided to create his own brand and models. The public was captivated and the demand was immediate. Berthieu today is synonymous with craftsmanship, design and superior edge -the result of decades of experience and passion for steel treatment that our head Artisan brings to the workshop every morning.
