Criollo

The Criollo has the Berthieu imprint adapted to the customers taste in measurement and comfort: A typical knife for use in the personal or commercial kitchen as well as outdoor grill. Both Criollo and Japura models use stainless molybdenum steel of Spanish origin, which increases the harden-ability, toughness and tensile strength of our knives.
